My Wild Life - Days 4-6

Day 4

After my mega 'plant up' on day 3, I discovered the poppy I had lovingly replanted, had flowered!
It had flowered previously in the last week or so, but what with all the wind and rain, the delicate petals had blown off!

After that wonderful surprise, I planted up the nettle mound with the edible flowers my mum sewed in early spring.

Heck knows what flowers will grow but we certainly have a good range!

Day 5

Besides planting up yet more plants (climbing beans and courgettes), my mum and I planted them all in a magnificent downpour!

And it's sods law it stopped raining when we got back inside!

Day 6

As my mum has gone on a short retreat, there isn't much to be done in the garden. Well, I need guidance because otherwise, everything with go horribly wrong! The weather isn't helping either!

So I caught up on my blog posts whilst watching the Springwatch live camera's and the Springwatch Extra's with Brett Westwood.
