Sailors Phone Sock

One of my friends, who is actually a frequent visitor into the Mind shop, liked my phone sock a great deal. You know, this one...

So we made a deal with each other; I would knit a phone sock, inspired by boats, with a red button and in return, he would make me a leather key pouch.

So off we went in our separate ways. after a week or so we exchanged goodies.

Here is what I made...

You see, clever me, lined the stripes up perfectly before sewing it together, so the red bands are a complete circle etc.

And here is my leather key pouch...

All handmade too!
